We’re in a transformational phase—our well-established n.e.s brand is evolving, and we’re launching a bold new in-house brand. We’re looking for a customer-obsessed, fashion-savvy Brand & Sales Manager to take charge of our in-store experience and help shape the future of our boutique.
Role Overview
As Brand & Sales Manager, you will lead the in-store retail and brand experience, grow our customer base, and build deep connections with both customers and fashion industry partners. With a strong understanding of the fashion industry, you’ll help identify new complementary brands to sit alongside our in-house label, ensuring our boutique stays fresh, exciting, and relevant.
You’ll lead a loyalty-focused, brand-building customer experience, connect with our incredible clients on the floor, identify style and category opportunities, and help curate complementary clothing brands through your deep knowledge of the fashion industry.
This is a store-based role—it’s about being on the floor, leading by example, and creating a customer experience that encourages brand loyalty and a strong following.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Growing our in-store customer base and building loyalty through exceptional experiences.

Identifying sales opportunities based on current stock and missing styles or categories.

Collaborating with our designer and Creative Director to evolve the product offering.

Sourcing and recommending new complementary brands that align with our in-house label.

Creating a store culture that’s inclusive, stylish, and truly customer-focused.

Managing daily store operations, refining retail processes, and driving team excellence.

Leading a high-performing, inspired sales team.

Maintaining strong relationships with indent brands and sales agents.

Enhancing the brand experience to foster long-term customer connection and following.
