T&Cs are issued by NES Boutique Limited. The terms and conditions governs the use of the nesboutique.co.nz - online shopify service (the Service) including shopping and participation in promotions run by nesboutique.co.nz. You can access this Agreement at any time from the bottom of any page of the site.

By completing the customer application process and using nesboutiqu.co.nz you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement.

PURCHASING FROM NESBOUTIQUE.CO.NZ

Nesboutique.co.nz shopping gives customers convenient, quick, easy and secure shopping.

Products displayed on the site shopping areas can be purchased using secure online Mastercard and Visa transaction facility. Customers can be confident that all their details are protected by the latest security mechanisms and are used only for purposes of the transaction fulfilment.

You will be asked to register as a 

NES Customer. Apart from the many member benefits, including receiving regular emails containing special deals, your shopping address details will be filed saving you the effort of entering these details each time you checkout. If you do not want to register as a member you will still be able to make a purchase. Your personal details and postal address will not be saved, and you will not receive promotional communications, or earn any loyalty points.


PRICING AND DELIVERY OF GOODS

All prices in the shopping areas are in New Zealand dollars (NZ$) and include GST. All prices are correct at the time of publication; however we reserve the right to alter prices for any reason. If this should happen after you have ordered a product, we will contact you prior to processing your order.

Delivery charges cover packaging, delivery and insurance. Anyone at the delivery address who receives the goods shall be presumed by 

NES to be authorized to receive the goods on your behalf. If there is no one at the delivery address at the time of delivery you will need to make alternate arrangements regarding a suitable time with the carrier, you may be required to pay an additional fee. Deliveries occur between 7.00am – 6pm Monday to Friday, exact times cannot be given.

You agree to pay the delivery and handling charges, and are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country and/or state you are shipping to, payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.

NES LOYALTY PROGRAMME

FOR EVERY $1000 SPENT, A CREDIT OF $100 WILL BE PUT ON YOUR NES LOYALTY

• Does not apply to sale or discounted items or in-store laybys.
• Loyalty vouchers are valid for 12 months.
• Vouchers are non-transferable.
• Vouchers are redeemable for goods at the NES store and online at nesboutique.co.nz
• Points can only be put on your own Loyalty.
• Vouchers cannot be used on items already discounted from original RRP or in conjunction with some store offers or promotions.
• Vouchers cannot be used to purchase NES gift vouchers
• Vouchers cannot be used as a deposit or payment method on any NES laybys
• It is your responsibility to identify yourself as a Loyalty member when making a purchase. Points cannot be added to your account later. We will only enter discussions or correspondence with you about crediting missing loyalty points to your account if you supply proof (original purchase receipt) of your qualifying purchase. This claim must be made within 1 months from original purchase date.
• Earned points will be deducted from your Loyalty account for products returned.
• NES reserves the right to alter the Loyalty program as they see necessary.

HOLDS

A garment may be held for 24 hours only, however if this is the last size in a style, we are unable to hold. Sales items cannot be held.

SECURITY

We use the secure Hosted Payment page solution from Shopify’s DPS to process online orders. Customers can see their cards being authorized and debited in real time, all in an SSL secure environment. The Hosted Payment page enables us to offer customers a safe and speedy online shopping experience.

Shopify DPS is committed to protecting the security of your data. We use a variety of security technologies and procedures to help protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. For example, we store the personal information you provide in computer servers with limited access that are in controlled facilities secured by the latest in surveillance and security technology. When we transmit sensitive information (such as credit card numbers) over the internet, we protect it by using encryption, such as the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol. Credit card details stored on site are encrypted using 168bit 3DES encryption. DPS is also certified AIS compliant.

USE OF THE SERVICE BY YOU

Your right to use the Service is personal to you. You may not authorize others to use the Service, and you are responsible for all your own use of the Service. If you are issued with a password by 

NES, you agree to take full responsibility for the safekeeping of your password. You are liable if an unauthorized person uses your password. You agree to release and forever indemnify NES in relation to any liability howsoever arising out of the unauthorized use of your password.

You may not download, modify, transmit, or otherwise use any material from the Service for public or commercial purposes.

The Service's content, information and advice are free of charge (unless otherwise stipulated). However you are responsible for your own network and connection charges.

Other than connecting to the nesboutique.co.nz servers by HTTP requests using a web browser, you may not attempt to gain access to nesboutique.co.nz servers by any means including, without limitation, by using administrator passwords or by masquerading as an administrator while using the Service or otherwise.

You agree not to disrupt, modify or interfere with the Service or its associated software, hardware and servers in any way and you agree not to impede or interfere with others use of the Service. You further agree not to alter or tamper with any information or materials on, or associated with, nesboutique.co.nz and/or the Service.
